Professional

Nate Fleckenstein serves as Trust & Investment Reporting Associate at Cornerstone. He brings a strong commitment to accuracy, service, and operational support in helping the firm meet both client and internal administrative needs. Nate is responsible for charitable trust administration, financial and performance reporting, and sub-accounting for endowments. During tax season, he supports the preparation of fiduciary tax returns for charitable trusts. Additionally, he supports the human resources administration for the firm.

Experience

Nate’s background across nonprofit leadership, public service, and education has shaped a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to his work. Prior to coming to Cornerstone in 2025, Mr. Fleckenstein led human resources for two national nonprofit organizations, worked in the education policy office of a city mayor, and taught middle school as a part of Teach for America.

Personal

Nate lives in Cumming with his wife, Emily, and their children. He enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, doing home and yard projects, cooking, and trying to improve at golf and guitar. His family are active members of St. Brigid Catholic Church in Johns Creek. Nate is currently a candidate for Master of Professional Accountancy at the University of Georgia, expected 2028.
