Since 2018, Cornerstone has retained as legal counsel Emmanuel (“Emil”) Kallina, II. Mr. Kallina is the Managing Member of Kallina & Associates, LLC in Maryland. Experienced in matters of complex tax law, he currently focuses his practice on estate and charitable planning for high net worth individuals. Mr. Kallina is a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Planned Giving Design Center and has served as a member of the board of numerous nonprofit organizations. Mr. Kallina is a nationally recognized speaker on estate planning and charitable giving and a frequent author on these topics.
