Mr. Dan Prokop serves as Director of Business Development for Cornerstone. He is responsible for building and fostering authentic relationships with prospective clients and cultivating awareness of Cornerstone and our mission. In this role, he seeks to discover the needs of prospective clients and to coordinate opportunities for the firm to serve Christian nonprofit organizations through the preservation, growth, and distribution of the assets entrusted to them.

Experience

Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2023, Dan spent 14 years working with a variety of startup and early-stage companies. Despite the market diversity represented in Dan’s career, one thing has remained consistent: Dan loves people. He desires to serve others and connect them to meaningful resources and relationships.

Personal

Dan lives in Duluth with his wife Emily and their four children, Liam, Owen, Wyatt, and Wesleigh Kate. The Prokop family enjoys playing or watching a plethora of sports, hiking, swimming or anything else that can be done outside. Dan loves being with people. Whether with friends, family, or his church community, you will likely find Dan playing or watching soccer, listening to music, or trying new foods.
