Tamara S. Richwine
Mrs. Tamara Richwine is a Cornerstone Principal and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the firm. In addition to the typical duties of a CFO, her other main responsibilities are focused on the oversight of the portfolio reporting and the trust administration functions of the business which includes all tax document preparation. Other responsibilities include the oversight of the Administrative Staff and Human Resource Management.
Mrs. Richwine has over 30 years of experience in Financial Services. She began her career with Paine Webber, a national brokerage firm, as a General Securities Registered Representative. She subsequently joined a New York based broker-dealer and gained experience in the areas of operations and compliance. In 1985, she transitioned to a sales position with the investment division of Trust Company Bank as a member of the Personal Investment Group. Prior to joining Cornerstone in 1993, Mrs. Richwine was employed by Covenant Trust Management where she gained expertise in the area of Deferred Giving. Mrs. Richwine’s broad industry experience includes fiduciary accounting and tax reporting for all types of charitable remainder trusts, pooled income funds, gift annuity programs, as well as various types of revocable pools and trusts.

Tamara resides in Cumming with her husband Joe, a retired CPA, and they have two daughters, Anna and Kathryn, following in their “financial footsteps.” In her spare time, Tamara enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends, entertaining and reading. Learning to speak Spanish fluently is a personal goal.
Bryan C. Taylor, CFA
Mr. Bryan Taylor has over 20 years of experience in portfolio management and design. He is a Cornerstone Principal and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Mr. Taylor oversees all operations and is Chairman of the Cornerstone Investment Committee.
Mr. Taylor joined Cornerstone in 1997 as a Financial Analyst. He later assumed the role of Portfolio Manager and Principal. Mr. Taylor began his career with a national brokerage firm where he passed his General Securities Registered Representative exam and gained portfolio management and design experience. Mr. Taylor has become a frequent writer and speaker on the global economy and US markets. He has been a conference speaker at Christian Leadership Alliance, Association of Business Administrators Christian Colleges (ABACC), Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU), Missio Nexus and other Christian nonprofit seminars across the country.

Mr. Taylor lives on a farm with his wife Christy and four children Brent, Cole, Ann and Clay. He enjoys reading, writing, ALL sports and spending time with family and friends.
Mr. Ray Tyler co-founded Cornerstone Management Inc. in 1991 and currently serves as President of the firm. Mr. Tyler assists Cornerstone clients by providing consulting for split-interest gifts, assisting with the completion of planned gifts, and ensuring gifts meet the needs of both the donor and the institution. In addition to serving on Cornerstone’s Investment Committee, Mr. Tyler oversees marketing for the firm and the implementation of Cornerstone's future strategic marketing goals.
Mr. Tyler has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a financial planner in 1973 providing services to individuals. In 1988 he joined Covenant Trust Company as Vice President. Covenant Trust Company offered services similar to those currently offered by Cornerstone. In 1991, Mr. Tyler founded Cornerstone Management allowing him to offer services to both organizations and individuals with a mission to serve the Christian community.

Ray resides in Atlanta with his wife Cindy. He enjoys spending time with his three daughters and nine grandchildren. Ray and Cindy are very active in their local church.
Mr. Chad Crawford joined Cornerstone in 2012 and currently is a Portfolio Manager. He is responsible for building, managing, and monitoring investment portfolios for institutions and individuals.
Mr. Crawford began his career with a large institutional money management firm in Atlanta, where he focused on portfolio reporting and investment analysis. He then went on to work for a trust company, where he provided financial planning, investment management, and estate planning services to high net worth individuals, family offices, endowments, and foundations. He holds the Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor Law License and is a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst ® (CFA) program.

Outside of the office, you can find Chad on the golf course, spending time with his family and friends, and being involved with his local church where he serves as an elder. Chad lives in Loganville with his wife Alex, who is a fitness instructor, and their two daughters Charlee and Canler.
Mr. Tony Hixon is co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of Hixon Zuercher Capital Management. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hixon is responsible for overseeing the administration and compliance of the firm. In addition to managing the firm’s operations, he serves on the firm’s Investment Committee, as a co-Portfolio Manager, an Analyst, and Trader. He also serves on Cornerstone Management’s Investment Committee.
Mr. Hixon has experience providing investment services since 2003 and providing financial advisory services since 1999. Prior to co-founding Hixon Zuercher Capital Management, he worked at a CPA firm for nearly four years specializing in accounting, tax planning, and tax preparation for high net worth individuals.

Tony and his wife, Keri, have two daughters, Eliana and Kya, and one son, Everett. Tony is a member of St. John Mennonite Church and is actively involved in the church’s music ministry. Tony enjoys spending time with his family. In his spare time, Tony likes to compete in Triathlons and has completed many Olympic and Sprint distance races.
Tony also enjoys reading and keeping up to date on economics and market related topics. For some reason, he is a Browns fan and is keeping hope alive for a Superbowl victory some year. Tony also is a Buckeyes fan and loosely keeps up with his alma mater, the ONU Polar Bears, to see how they are doing.
Tony likes Texas Roadhouse, the Dave Ramsey Show, and watching Chopped on the Food Network with his wife who is an excellent cook!
Winters Richwine, CFA, CPA
Mr. Winters Richwine joined Cornerstone in 2013 as a Portfolio Manager & Tax Associate. He creates and manages client portfolios, supports manager selection decisions and prepares Charitable Remainder Trust tax returns.
Mr. Richwine began his career in the financial services industry in 2005 as a Staff Auditor at Deloitte with a focus on utilities companies. He then joined SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as an Investment Banking Analyst where he analyzed CDOs and asset securitization transactions. After earning his MBA, Mr. Richwine joined Raymond James (formerly Morgan Keegan) as an Investment Banking Associate where he managed merger and acquisition transactions across multiple industries. Most recently, Mr. Richwine was a Finance Manager at Home Depot and led the sales and gross margin planning process for the company's US stores.

Mr. John Warren graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Upon graduation, he served as an officer in the U.S. Navy after which he was employed by an international management consulting firm for five years. He has served as a financial consultant since 1976 and was the founder of Financial Advisory Consultants, Inc. and co-founder of Cornerstone Management, Inc. Mr. Warren retired from Cornerstone in 2005 and currently serves as an advisor on Cornerstone’s Investment Committee.

Mr. Adam Zuercher is co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Hixon Zuercher Capital Management. As Chief Investment Officer, he oversees investment research and the development and implementation of the firm’s investment strategies. Mr. Zuercher serves as a co-Portfolio Manager, as chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee and serves on Cornerstone Management’s Investment Committee.
Mr. Zuercher has experience providing investment management and financial advisory services since 1999. Prior to co-founding Hixon Zuercher Capital Management in 2002, he worked at a CPA firm for three years specializing in financial planning and investment advisory services for high net worth individuals.
